Pattern Making
The link between the designer and the finished product is a complex engineering feat and not a creative art as most believe.
The designer, the engineer and the manufacturing technician are three figures with different competencies who work in synergy as a team so that a vision becomes tangible and the product reaches the shelf as soon as possible
An accurate sketch provides a front and a rear view with chromatic variants of the material.
The pattern, a life-size drawing, a technical structure mandatory for a manufacturing process that represents the individual, necessary and complete parts to obtain a qualitative and optimized product.
The technological package defined in the file includes the product representation and contains all the positioning and measurement information regarding the product and individual markers that make up the garment.
CAD, PLOT and CUT Services
Our studio is able to create men’s, women’s and children’s patterns, both technical and fashion, dresses, suits, shirts, pants, casual, street wear or office, following the designer’s sketch or starting from a reference model.

to generate a more accurate image on the model we provide you with the 3D module that offers the possibility of viewing the model in real time with the help of an avatar that can be customized according to needs and on various sizes.

Our 3D library includes a wide range of hardware accessories, colors, textures, seam types and allows you to view the logo placement, prints, pockets, buttons and much more.
DIGITALIZATION
Through this service we offer the possibility of creating a pattern / products archive, filed and stored so that whenever a starting point for a new article is needed it can be accessed and processed immediately.
We digitize both the paper patterns and the clothing products that we subsequently process in the current CAD / CAM systems.
IMPORT – EXPORT
We import and export files from and to all systems used in the textile industry:

AAMA; ASTM; DXF; AI,HPG; HP-GL; IOS; GBR.
Product Industrialization Process
GRADING
Size development requires precision and proficiency in graphics, anthropometric study and applied geometry in order for the model to be properly proportioned.

Once the suitability has been verified and any changes have been made, the prototype will be developed at the lower and upper sizes.

size grading / development is done according to standard rules or grading tables provided by the client.
CUTTING FILES AND PLOT
Depending on the requirements and demands of the customers we execute efficient cut files by optimizing the cutting plan for the least consumption of materials and time.

we import cutting files and process them to scale on the surface of the requested fabrics.
THE TECHNOLOGICAL PACKAGE
will contain:

measurement tables and grading values required for analysis after manufacture
As we move into the production process, the file is enriched with all the information about fabrics, adhesives and hardware accessories, types of treatments applied, number of launched pieces and sizes and many more

The design is immediately followed by prototyping and because time is short, we consider the rational use of material, energy and human resources as fundamental. Thus the productive orientation of the companies can be directed to the development of the design, of their own brands, the creation of distribution networks and product promotion.
